Dr. Baute assists companies select, train, develop and empower leaders at all levels in the organization. This is accomplished by a selection process, a training process and a specific development process that includes peer feedback, (360's) and mentoring.
He has developed his own selection and training methods, and makes both selection tools and training programs, e.g. Managing for Success Assessment Profiles and the Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP) available for use on site by the organization.
More recently he has developed and taught a six session course in leadership: "Communication, Conflict and Community" then making the overheads and work booklets available for use in house by company trainers. Inquire.
